Our Cabernet is a soft, smooth wine with well integrated oak. Flavors of dark fruit like blackberry are met with earthy notes such as tobacco, toast and tea in the mid-palate.  Essences of layered spice, clove and pepper from the Petite Sirah complete the wine. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petite Sirah.
